Impact

Baobab is making sure native tribes along Karatu are visited and given awareness education on human and children rights by partner organizations like TAWLA. But as well vulnerable children, girls and boys have equal chance of being in school. Women and youth are empowered in social economic activities by providing women micro financing. Also giving room for innovation activities to both women and children involving environmental protection. Also, awareness on good neighbourhood with national parks by providing education on friendlier living with wild animals in surrounding national parks.

Monitoring

This will be easy to communicate and provide required information in right times.
Project monitoring is very important, will be through monthly report, financial and technical reports, and all Action plan evaluations and all decision should be well monitored.
All project operation and implementation should be monitored to see what has been implemented provide the required results but as much all programs.
We will be ready to learn from different organizations dealing with street connected children, and orphanage children’s homes. National and international NGOs including academic centres.
